I have harvested the first zukes of the season. I have three plants right now, each with about five zucchini growing. I harvested the first two of the season and tonight we got to enjoy our first stir fry using some of my fresh grown veggies. I marinated some ribeye steak in Dale's Seasoning and added some snow peas and the two zukes. I topped it off with Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. It was really good. I hoped to have some yellow crookneck squash to mix in with it, but they are not quite ready yet. I have heard that zucchini is so prolific that I may tire of it. I hope to try some different recipes, if anyone has suggestions.

My zukes have taken off, too. i harvested 20 today. I hope to have some pics posted later this weekend. I make a lot of stir fry with mine, too. Yours looks yummmy!
